Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Director to lead a seasoned, diverse team and drive client relationships in the pharma/life sciences sector. The role emphasizes cost management expertise, strategic project oversight, and high-level negotiation to deliver on contract performance.

You will mentor teams, foster growth, and guide project strategy while maintaining strong client communications and expected outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction with cost management experience.
• Degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead client meetings and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in pharma/life sciences team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects and ensure contract performance.
