Job summary

OGCS Global is seeking a Cost Analyst to support project teams by managing cost tracking, forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting. You will partner with Project Managers to monitor performance, identify variances and risks, and provide forward-looking analysis to inform decisions.

This 1-year contract position offers full medical benefits, 401k, and PTO. Hours are Monday–Thursday, 9-hour days, and Friday 4 hours, with remote work two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in cost analysis or project controls preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial/project control systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute cost reports (ad hoc, weekly, monthly) for project teams and management.
• Analyze actual costs, commitments, forecasts, accruals, and budget data from project systems.
• Develop monthly accruals with Project Managers and WIP teams to ensure proper cost recognition.
