The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver critical analysis and actionable recommendations that drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost drivers.
• Proven ability to analyze variances and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both finance and operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across multiple production sites, evaluating spending trends and identifying margin-improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen inventory management practices, review procedures, identify control gaps, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Spend time in plants to build relationships with site leadership and validate financial assumptions.
• Provide decision support for pricing, profitability, product mix, and long-term planning by translating data into actionable recommendations.
