Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Corrigo Platform Analyst to manage the Corrigo system for AMR accounts in a remote-capable role. You will oversee configuration, data integrity, reporting, and user training to optimize performance and adherence to SLAs.

You will partner with account leadership to drive Corrigo strategy, implement optimizations, support global adoption of best practices, and produce regular performance reports across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience managing CMMS/work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to train users and provide effective support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure data quality and integrity in Corrigo.
• Configure and implement solutions for account needs.
• Lead optimization programs and annual reviews.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
• Provide user training and support to account staff.
• Coordinate with account teams to meet SLAs and governance.
