Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Corrigo Platform Analyst to administer Corrigo, optimize processes, and support account teams. The role emphasizes CMMS/work‑order governance, data integrity, and strategic implementation across regional and global programs.

You will train users, analyze data for opportunities, and lead optimization projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Remote work is available with regional responsibilities in AMR and US-based accounts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience managing CMMS/work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets.
• Expert technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Superior customer service skills and orientation.
• Ability to plan and manage work priorities.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall integrity of the Corrigo system and supporting the account team.
• Develop Corrigo strategy for optimization and lead implementation.
• Support regional and global adoption of programs and new technology/best practices.
• Configure and implement solutions for account-specific needs.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Perform annual optimization reviews and lead optimization programs.
• Ensure data quality standards and remediation.
• Develop and submit Statements of Requirements via Corrigo Governance.
• Support account and client meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Assist with user access management and ensuring proper controls.
• Manage Corrigo work order process and data platform for performance reporting.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual/ad-hoc reports.
• Serve as point of contact for CMMS questions and training.
• Document system/user processes and client/account documentation.
• Address requests within SLA and coordinate with teams.
• Perform other duties for the Digital Operations team.
