You’ll advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, analyze options, book domestic and international travel, use Sabre GDS, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ corporate travel experience.
• Native GDS expertise with Sabre.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use Sabre GDS and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to customer requests with positive telephone service techniques.
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels.
