Responsibilities

• Support cost projections and expense reporting processes.
• Analyze current processes to identify savings and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with passport and visa requirements across destinations.
• Coordinate mobility processes, including flights and housing.
• Document processes and propose improvements.
