Job summary

ePromos is a remote-first leader in promotional products, seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver practical learning programs that strengthen capabilities and customer experience. This role partners with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and HR to translate standards into engaging training resources.

You will develop onboarding, proficiency assessments, and ongoing content across NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, and other tools, measuring effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate training, L&D, or HR-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Ability to translate complex processes into practical learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day training and development efforts with leaders and SMEs.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and on-the-job training.
• Create onboarding plans, training pathways, and assessments.
• Organize training content across key systems and processes.
