Symetra, a dynamic financial services company with 60 years of experience, is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. You’ll own the entire recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and craft compelling profiles.

You’ll build rapport with managers, candidates, and HR partners, source diverse candidates, and help our team grow. The role supports flexible work arrangements and a culture of inclusion and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field
• 3-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience for technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment and remote work

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process from intake to offer
• Partner with managers to define needs and craft recruitment strategy
• Build relationships with managers, HR partners, and candidates
• Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels
• Collaborate with the broader recruiting team to improve processes
