Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Paralegal to support the General Counsel and legal team in contracts, entity management, and financing matters. The role focuses on guiding contractual processes, maintaining compliance, and enabling efficient legal workflows across the organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders, manage contract workflows, and assist with NDAs, partner letters, and insurance-related tasks, while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with sound judgment balancing business and legal risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining and improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Counsel and business leaders to assess terms, obligations, and risk.
• Independently manage contract workflows and deadlines.
• Support entity management, insurance, and financing.
• Assist with Partner letters, NDAs, and customer forms.
• Support Legal Operations.
• Guide internal stakeholders on contract processes and requirements.
• Contribute to IP, real estate, litigation, and M&A support as needed.
