Fortra is seeking a Senior Paralegal to partner with the General Counsel on corporate matters, contracts, and risk management. You will manage contract workflows, support entity management, insurance, and financing, and assist with partner letters and NDAs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with entity management and insurance.
• 5+ years in paralegal, contract administration, or related legal roles.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with General Counsel and business leaders to assess terms, obligations, and risk.
• Independently manage contract workflows and deadlines.
• Support entity management, insurance, and financing activities.
• Assist with Partner letters, NDAs, and customer forms.
• Serve as a resource on contract processes for internal stakeholders.
• Support Legal Operations and administration of contract templates.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software licenses, SOWs, PSAs, and NDAs.
• Maintain library of contract templates and contract database; identify process improvements.
• Provide IP and real estate support, litigation support, and M&A support.
