Fortra is seeking a Paralegal to support our Legal Department. The role focuses on general corporate matters, financing, and insurance, partnering with GCs and business stakeholders to manage contracts and legal processes.

You will handle contract workflows, NDA workups, and entity-related tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with competitive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong judgment balancing commercial objectives and legal risk.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining and improving internal processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Counsel and leaders to assess business and legal terms, obligations, and risk.
• Independently manage contract workflows and priorities with established procedures and deadlines.
• Support entity management, insurance and financing, and collaborate with the legal team.
• Assist with partner letters, NDAs, and customer forms.
• Support Legal Operations and contract-related processes for internal stakeholders.
• Support may include IP, real estate, litigation, and M&A-related activities.
