Fortra is seeking a Paralegal to support the General Counsel and legal team in corporate matters, financing, and insurance. This full-time role focuses on contract review, entity management, and process improvements to support business initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with good judgment balancing commercial objectives and legal risk.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the General Counsel and business leaders to assess business and legal terms, contractual obligations, and risk allocation.
• Independently manage contract workflows and priorities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the Assistant General Counsel & General Counsel in entity management, insurance and financing.
• Assist with Partner letters, NDAs and/or customer forms.
• Support Legal Operations.
• Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders regarding contract-related processes and requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned, including IP and real estate support, litigation support and M&A support.
