Fortra is seeking a Paralegal to support general corporate matters, financing, and insurance, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. This role partners with the Legal Department and business stakeholders to guide contractual matters and drive efficient processes.

The successful candidate will have 1–2+ years in paralegal or contract administration, be highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1-2+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment balancing commercial objectives and legal risk.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining internal processes and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with General Counsel and business leaders to assess terms, obligations, and risk.
• Independently manage contract workflows and deadlines.
• Support entity management, insurance, and financing.
• Assist with Partner letters, NDAs, and customer forms.
• Support Legal Operations and contract-related processes.
• Provide support for IP, real estate, litigation, and M&A as needed.
