Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Manager of Partner Recruiting to join its New York City team. The role oversees the end-to-end lateral partner recruitment process, including onboarding and the first year of partner integration, working closely with firm leadership and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive lateral partner recruiting experience in a mid-to-large law firm and may have exposure to onboarding and integration, with mentoring responsibilities for recruiting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Lateral partner recruiting experience within a mid-to-large-sized law firm.
• Experience managing end-to-end partner recruitment processes.
• Experience with partner onboarding and integration (preferred).
• Experience overseeing or mentoring recruiting coordinators (preferred).

Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a Manager of Partner Recruiting to join its New York City team. This position will manage the end-to-end lateral partner recruitment process, including onboarding and the first year of partner integration, while working closely with firm leadership and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring direct lateral partner recruiting experience from a mid-to-large-sized law firm, with exposure to partner onboarding and integration.

The salary for this role is $170K-$210K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
