• Review issue spotting, drafting choices, defined terms, closing conditions, and risk allocation.
• Identify legal conclusions that depend on missing facts, jurisdiction-specific authority, or negotiated market terms.
• Provide precise corrections and explain how strong transactional judgment balances legal protection with commercial objectives.
