Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a 3 to 4 year Corporate M&A Associate to join its New York office, with a fully remote arrangement. The role offers exposure to high-value M&A and corporate transactions for major corporates and sponsors, guided by an Am Law 100 platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of transactional experience, substantial M&A involvement, and a top law school credential, with NYC bar admission or the ability to satisfy Illinois bar requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of transactional experience from a recognized law firm environment.
• Substantial M&A experience with responsibility on corporate transactions and related documentation.
• Bar admission in NYC or the ability to satisfy Illinois bar admission requirements.
• Excellent academic credentials from at least a Top 50 law school.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support corporate transactions with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Partner with senior lawyers on deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and transaction management.
• Draft and negotiate definitive agreements, ancillary documents, and corporate governance materials.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams and communicate risk analysis to deal teams and clients.
• Work closely with partners and clients, taking substantive ownership of work product and day to day deal responsibilities.
