We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet advisor to an Am Law 100 firm, seeks a 3–5 year M&A Associate for its New York office on a remote basis. This full-time role handles sophisticated public and private company transactions for technology, life sciences, and high-growth clients.

You will work closely with hands-on partners, take substantive responsibility on complex deals, and build a long-term career on a proven international platform with structured training and mentorship.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in M&A and strategic transactions.
• Background handling public and/or private company M&A at a respected law firm.
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and disclosure letters.
• Admission to the New York bar or ability to become admitted promptly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an integral associate on public and private company M&A and other strategic transactions.
• Draft and negotiate definitive transaction agreements and key ancillary documents.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence and disclosure schedules with subject-matter specialists.
• Manage day-to-day deal execution, timelines, closing checklists, and client communications.
• Collaborate with partners to build trusted relationships with sophisticated corporate clients.
