We Are Legal Revolution is partnering with a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm to hire a 2 to 3 year M&A and Private Equity Associate in its New York, NY office. You will handle complex transactions with direct partner exposure and a collaborative deal platform.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of law firm M&A experience, strong drafting skills, and NY Bar eligibility. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive base salary are provided.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of law firm experience focused on mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong grounding in corporate transactional work and drafting of deal documentation.
• Membership to the State Bar of New York or clear eligibility to obtain it.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Advise on public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions across key industry sectors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents, ancillary agreements, and corporate governance materials.
• Support all stages of deal execution, including due diligence, structuring, closing, and post closing matters.
• Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross office teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Take substantive ownership of workstreams with clear visibility to partners and major institutional clients.
