We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A attorney to manage sophisticated transactional work entirely remotely. The role emphasizes lead ownership of deals, client interaction, and a frictionless, autonomous practice model tailored for top-tier private equity and growth companies.

Required are 5+ years in Corporate/M&A within BigLaw, active New York Bar admission, and a strong track record in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Formación

• 5+ years Corporate / M&A experience
• Currently working within BigLaw
• Active New York Bar admission
• Strong private M&A and general corporate transactional background
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of client relationships

Responsabilidades

• Lead key workstreams across private M&A and complex corporate transactions
• Handle buy-side and sell-side asset purchases, stock purchases and mergers
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements and ancillary documents
• Manage transactions from LOI and due diligence through signing and closing
• Direct interaction with sophisticated clients
