Qualificações

• 3–7 years of relevant Corporate M&A experience.
• JD from a top U.S. law school and MA Bar admissions.
• Strong drafting, analytical and matter-management skills.
• Outstanding academics and eligibility to be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Responsabilidades

• Support and lead core workstreams on sophisticated transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
• Collaborate across practices and offices on complex, time-sensitive matters.
