PETA Foundation is seeking a Corporate Giving and In-Kind Coordinator to support the department’s partnerships and gifts-in-kind program. The role is fully remote and requires strong administrative and project management skills.

You will help manage donor engagement, maintain databases, assist with event sponsorships and partner communications, and coordinate campaigns across social media and the PETA Shopping Guide ecosystem.

Formación

• 1–2 years of admin or office experience.
• Proven project management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong research and prompt correspondence skills.
• Experience with data entry and database management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Asana and WordPress.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel for events.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to vegan mission.

Responsabilidades

• Support Corporate Giving supervisor with administrative tasks.
• Oversee workflow for in-kind donations and event auctions.
• Maintain In Kind Donation Received submissions and database.
• Develop pilot engagement programs for in-kind donors.
• Assist with PETA Business Friends onboarding.
• Support donor engagement on social media and website.
• Coordinate newsletters and promotions.
• Identify prospects and research companies for partnerships.
• Draft responses to fundraising inquiries.
• Maintain departmental databases and archives.
• Communicate with internal teams and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
