Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
• 1–2 years of administrative or office experience.
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to conduct research and respond promptly by email.
• Data entry and database maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Asana, and WordPress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to events if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Giving supervisor with administrative processes, including reports and meeting notes.
• Oversee in-kind donations workflow and event silent auctions.
• Manage internal donation submission processes and database.
• Develop and pilot a benefits/engagement program for in-kind donors.
• Support donor engagement on social media and the website.
