Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate finance advisors to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This flexible, remote engagement requires 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start.

You will apply 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs—pitch decks, data room indexes, investor memos, cap table summaries, term sheets, and LP reports.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support startup fundraising and LP reporting processes with high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of financial materials.
