Ethos, a premier expert network, seeks a seasoned VP of Investor Relations to guide AI-assisted fundraising and reporting for startups and LPs. You will craft, review, and refine professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to support fundraising rounds and ongoing investor communications.

The role is fully remote, requires 5–20 hours per week (flexible), and compensates at $100 per hour. Start date is ASAP, with collaboration across a global investor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startup fundraising, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for startup fundraising and investor relations.
• Support workflows including pitch decks, data room indexes, investor memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.
