Job summary

Ethos is seeking fundraising consultants to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for startup fundraising. Flexible, remote engagement requires 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.

You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across workflows: pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports. Compensation is $100/hour with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
