Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate finance advisors to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows: pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.

This is a fully remote role with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks for startup fundraises or LP-facing platforms.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheets, and LP/institutional reporting.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
