Job summary

Aon is seeking a Reinsurance Actuarial Senior Analyst and/or Associate Director to support clients on diverse projects across multiple locations. The role emphasizes developing standard analyses, mastering Aon's tools, and presenting solutions to clients, with secondary duties in pricing updates and market research.

The position requires a actuarial degree, CAS exams, and 3+ years of experience, with programming knowledge in R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science
• 3 to 5 CAS Actuarial Exams completed and passed
• 3+ years of Actuarial experience
• Programming experience, preferably in R

Responsibilities

• Work with brokers and analytics to identify client needs and opportunities
• Inventory and manage client and industry data
• Analyze costs and benefits of risk transferred under reinsurance via pricing analysis and dynamic risk modeling
• Prepare client-ready presentations to communicate analysis results
• Manage workflow proactively and independently
• Produce high quality analyses within agreed timeframes
• Take initiative on internal projects to improve processes and services
• Coordinate with team to meet client needs without overlaps or contradictions
