Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and support for event planning.
• Manage event logistics and pre-event coordination.
• Handle live streams and provide on-site assistance during events.
• Manage sponsor and vendor interactions for seamless participation.
• Track CEU credits and resolve issues post-event.
• Offer full-service event planning support when needed.
• Refine internal workflows for improved efficiency and customer experience.
