Responsibilities
Guide customers through onboarding and support for event planning.
Manage event logistics and pre-event coordination.
Handle live streams and provide on-site assistance during events.
Manage sponsor and vendor interactions for seamless participation.
Track CEU credits and resolve issues post-event.
Offer full-service event planning support when needed.
Refine internal workflows for improved efficiency and customer experience.
