Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, PE or VC.
• Proven track record of leading M&A or strategic investments end-to-end.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations.
• BA/BS degree with interest in crypto, blockchain and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments, including sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations for company and product direction.
• Develop competitive intelligence on key players and translate insights into actionable implications.
• Partner with senior team members to cultivate cross-functional relationships with executives and drive strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and industry participants to surface new opportunities.
• Strengthen Corporate Development operations and contribute to recruiting and team development.
