What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Engage decision-makers at software businesses to identify and nurture acquisition opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing acquisition targets and manage M&A relationships
• Communicate Harris’ investment strategy professionally during the investment process
• Support the M&A team in qualifying potential targets and tracking activities in Salesforce
• Generate leads and facilitate investment opportunities through the M&A pipeline

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fluent in both English and French
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
• Strong passion and aptitude for corporate development and relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
