We seek a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our industry team. This role is key in expanding Unity’s presence in non-gaming sectors by building strong client relationships, understanding their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions leveraging the Unity platform.

You will develop sales strategies, present solutions to enterprise clients, and foster client growth and retention. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends to guide strategic initiatives. What you'll be doing
  • Drive Strategic Client Relationships: Establish and maintain influential relationships with key industry clients to understand their needs.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create targeted strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Unity’s presence in non-gaming verticals.
  • Solution Selling and Evangelism: Present Unity’s solutions, demonstrating how our technology can transform client operations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client experiences.
What we're looking for
  • Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in tech or software environments.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience within non-gaming industry verticals such as automotive, architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Solution Selling Skills: Ability to craft and present compelling technology solutions.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams and C-suite.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams to deliver solutions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German: Native-level spoken and written German skills are essential for interacting with German-speaking customers.
