What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source new acquisition opportunities and develop relationships with key decision makers in the software sector.
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships within the network of acquisition targets.
- Serve as the senior account manager for M&A relationships within your designated area.
- Communicate Harris’ investment strategy effectively and manage the investment process with professionalism.
- Track and report on leads, setting up qualified investment opportunities and advancing them through the M&A pipeline.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Minimum of 5 years of related business experience in areas such as sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or technology.
- Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization, multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in M&A sourcing or investor relations.
- Background in entrepreneurship or start-up environments.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, preferably Salesforce.
