Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide practical legal and strategic advice to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of legal developments impacting digital media, technology, and shopping services.
• Continually develop, implement, and refine internal contract processes, workflows, and team procedures.
• Evaluate legal risks and escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
