Ziff Davis, a leading global digital media company, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Technology and Shopping division. The role will support multiple brands including CNET, ZDNET, PC Magazine, LifeHacker, Spiceworks, AskMen, RetailMeNot, Mashable, and more, operating remotely with optional office time in NYC or CA.

You’ll handle a broad range of commercial agreements and provide strategic advice to business teams.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• State bar membership in good standing.
• 2–4 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and/or draft a wide variety of commercial agreements including vendor and revenue generating agreements.
• Prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on developments and guidance relevant to our businesses, services and technology.
