Job summary

CyberMaxx, a security company in Maryland, seeks a skilled Corporate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our in-house legal team. You will negotiate MSAs, review vendor agreements, and manage contract templates, disputes, and employee matters.

You'll collaborate on corporate policies, oversee external counsel, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting business objectives. MD licensure is required; remote options available; competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3–7 years of corporate attorney experience in-house or law firm.
• Licensed attorney in Maryland.
• Experience with AI-powered legal tech for drafting and research.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Experience with employment law, vendor agreements, and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review MSAs with customers.
• Maintain and update company contract templates including MSA, NDA, and others.
• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements.
• Lead ad hoc legal projects with internal and external parties.
• Manage customer contract disputes to resolution.
• Provide guidance on employee contracts and compliance.
• Oversee relationships with external law firms.
• Collaborate on corporate policies and handbooks.
