The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of contracts and employment law experience, bar admission, and a JD from a top-tier US law school.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing and eligibility for in-house designation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit complex agreements (NDA/MSA/SOW/BAA) across the organization.
• Provide actionable guidance on contract, regulatory, and compliance matters in a healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and senior counsel to support business goals.
