Job summary

The Mom Project seeks a health tech specialist attorney to serve as the primary contact for healthcare-related legal needs, including HIPAA guidance, regulatory questions, and contract review of BAAs and health data agreements. You will help build templates, precedent libraries, and training for other attorneys in the team.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 8+ years in healthcare regulatory and health tech transactional work.
• Experience drafting and negotiating BAAs and healthcare contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise health tech clients on HIPAA, compliance, and regulatory questions with practical guidance.
• Review/negotiation of BAAs and healthcare contracts, including data-sharing agreements.
• Develop templates, libraries, and training materials for healthcare law practice.
