Job summary

Harris Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. The role focuses on US healthcare and technology contracts with remote work eligibility for candidates in the United States.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong drafting skills, and a JD with bar admission. You will support business growth across Harris Healthcare's software solutions and interact with external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• JD degree and bar admission required.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and US healthcare laws.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating technology contracts and software licenses.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including licenses, services, and NDAs.
• Lead or participate in corporate and commercial transactions end-to-end based on experience.
• Advise internal clients and cross-functional teams on legal risks and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligning with business and legal needs.
