TriSearch is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to own accounting and financial close for a newly combined, PE-backed utility infrastructure services platform. This role is remote with travel as needed and will report to the CFO, playing a critical part in GAAP reporting and internal controls.

You'll lead a hands-on team, build scalable processes, manage intercompany accounting, WIP/ASC 606 revenue, audits, and tax coordination across the multi-entity footprint, with exposure to

Competenze

• CPA preferred and active licensure.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with GAAP financial statements.
• Background in project-costed environments is essential.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations.

Mansioni

• Own monthly/quarterly/yearly close across entities with calendar & timelines.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Lead audit coordination with external firms.
• Oversee tax provisions and compliance with tax advisors.
• Define and document accounting processes and controls.
• Coordinate ERP roadmap and system integrations.
