You will oversee day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, and a largely remote team of 10–12 accountants, driving GAAP compliance and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings advanced NetSuite experience, a hands‑on leadership style, and a track record of developing teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive accounting experience with leadership roles.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience leading remote or dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Manage multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure accurate financial records, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed accounting team of 10–12 professionals.
• Establish clear expectations, streamline workflows, and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support ERP migrations, data conversions, and accounting system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and technology.
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial operations.
