Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers seeks a Communication Specialist to develop and manage internal and external communications aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate with leadership, departments, clients, and partners to deliver clear, consistent messaging across digital, written, and virtual channels.

The role is fully remote, requires strong writing/editing, superb attention to detail, and ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate/internal communications, content development or marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies aligned with goals and priorities.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, presentations, reports, and website content.
• Coordinate internal and external communications with leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive communications, announcements, and leadership materials.
• Monitor engagement and drive improvements in communication campaigns.
