Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate/internal communications or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Experience communicating complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals, initiatives, and priorities.
• Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, organizational changes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, presentations, and reports; adapt messaging for various audiences.
• Prepare executive and leadership communications, announcements, and presentations.
• Manage internal and external communications across digital channels and platforms.
• Monitor and measure engagement, readiness, and impact of communications.
