Job summary

You will work with leadership and teams to craft clear messages across digital, written, and virtual channels, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and change communications. Salary range $85,000–$115,000 and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Create and manage content for emails, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
• Coordinate internal communications, leadership messages, and employee programs.
• Develop external communications with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage digital channels, newsletters, intranet, and virtual meetings.
• Research trends, audience needs, and evolving communication technologies.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to meet messaging objectives.
• Prepare executive communications and leadership briefing materials.
• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and engagement.
