Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in communications or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and research abilities.
• Ability to tailor messages for different audiences and levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.
• Create employee announcements, newsletters, emails, presentations, talking points, and informational materials.
• Support communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to gather information and develop messaging.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Manage content calendars, deadlines, and distribution activities.
• Support senior leadership communications, including announcements and briefing materials.
• Develop content for websites, intranet, newsletters, and digital channels.
• Assist with internal communications to improve engagement and alignment.
• Coordinate communications for projects, events, and organizational changes.
• Proofread communications for accuracy, grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Maintain templates, content libraries, and contact lists.
• Work with marketing, design, HR, operations to coordinate efforts.
• Monitor effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.
• Support change-management and organizational communications initiatives.
• Research to support planning and stakeholder engagement.
