Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a communications-related field preferred.
• 2+ years in communications, corporate communications, PR, marketing, or content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proofreading, editing, research, and content-development abilities.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail with consistent messaging and tone.
• Great organizational and time-management skills; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.
• Create employee announcements, newsletters, emails, presentations, talking points, and informational materials.
• Support communication strategies aligned with goals, priorities, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to gather information and develop messaging.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Manage communication schedules, calendars, deadlines, and distribution.
• Support executive communications, including announcements and briefing materials.
• Develop content for websites, intranets, newsletters, emails, and other channels.
• Assist with internal communications to improve engagement and alignment.
• Coordinate communications for initiatives, projects, events, and organizational changes.
• Review and proofread communications for accuracy and tone.
• Maintain communication templates and contact lists.
