Ladders is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications to shape the external voice of a high-growth transportation tech leader. This remote role partners with senior leaders to elevate the brand across media, analysts, customers, and internal stakeholders while navigating opportunities and sensitive moments.

You will build and lead a strategic communications function, develop the market story, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across transportation, logistics, and emerging technology to

Competenze

• 7+ years of communications experience at a high-growth B2B technology company, or senior agency experience with a desire to move in-house.
• Experience building or leading an analyst relations program for a complex enterprise platform.
• Established relationships with business, technology, and trade press, with a strong track record of securing placements.
• Proven experience preparing C-level executives for media engagement.
• Proficiency using AI tools such as Claude for research and preparation beyond simple editing.
• Exceptional writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to listen first.
• Bonus: experience on the analyst side or category creation in logistics or infrastructure.

• Own the company’s corporate narrative for external stakeholders, including media and analysts.
• Develop the media relations program across business, technology, and trade channels, with emphasis on supply chain and autonomous delivery.
• Build and lead analyst relations to define the company’s category and position it as a reference point in the market.
• Prepare the CEO and senior leaders to serve as effective spokespeople with distinct voices.
• Manage internal communications to keep the team informed of critical updates.
• Turn customer successes into compelling public proof points with verifiable metrics.
