Jensen Hughes is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Accounting and lead the monthly close, consolidation, and treasury functions across 25+ entities while ensuring US GAAP compliance.

You will coach the accounting team, interact with leadership and external lenders, and drive process improvements to strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.

Competenze

• BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in management.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency with MS Office, Excel; Deltek Costpoint experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Directly manage a General Ledger manager, Treasury Manager and one Senior Accountant; mentor the team.
• Manage the monthly close process and ensure deadlines are met; ensure accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Oversee consolidation of multiple entities, intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee treasury and cash management across multiple banking platforms.
• Support the annual and interim US audit; assist with lender reporting.
• Participate in financial integrations of domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• Contribute to system upgrades and end-to-end testing of processes.
• Research technical accounting topics and draft internal memos for audit review.
• Coordinate with AP/AR/FP&A to implement accounting policies and workflows.
• Develop/implement efficient procedures while maintaining accuracy.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management and external contacts.
