Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage the GL, treasury, and senior accounting teams. You will oversee monthly closes across multiple entities, ensure US GAAP compliance, and coordinate consolidations and intercompany eliminations.

You will drive process improvements, support audits, and collaborate with AP/AR/FP&A to implement policies and workflows. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• At least 7 years of accounting experience; 2+ years in management or leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and close processes.
• Strong experience with GL accounting, consolidations, treasury and multi-entity operations.
• Excel proficiency; Costpoint experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the General Ledger, Treasury, and Senior Accountant teams.
• Oversee monthly close across multiple entities and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Manage financial statement consolidation, FX translation, intercompany, and eliminations.
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and documentation.
• Oversee treasury and cash management across multiple bank platforms.
• Support audits and lender reporting requirements.
• Support financial integration of domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Assist in system upgrades and end-to-end testing.
• Prepare internal memos on technical accounting matters.
