Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• SOX knowledge/experience is required for internal controls.
• CPA or CPA eligible preferred.
• Progressive experience culminating in 5+ years’ private/public accounting leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Corporate Finance Team day-to-day activities.
• Support Assistant Controller in department management.
• Oversee full cycle accounting, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external partners and audits for SOX compliance.
• Develop staff, train, and assign work to meet deadlines.
